It’s been a little while since I did any writing for Digital Photographer Magazine, my last contribution was in December 2016 (Issue 182). So, a nice way to start 2018 is by being part of their ‘Pro Photo Secrets’ feature which gives an insight into the ‘behind the scenes’ working practices of a range of professional photographers. It’s no surprise that my contribution covers wildlife photography….
In this feature, I talk about my approach and preparation for a widlife photography project, my current equipment and also how my photography is evolving. It’s also great to see the editors have chosen to use one of the first photographs I took with my new Fujifilm X-T2 as the main image in my contribution (Red Squirrel in woodland habitat) and also on the Contributors page too.
