I am a freelance wildlife and conservation photographer, writer and workshop leader based in Northumberland in the United Kingdom. My appreciation and fascination of wildlife leads me to document and share the natural world we live in. From my favourite local patch The Farne Islands to the birds and mammals of the Masai Mara and in my local woods I am always amazed by our wildlife. I hope my photography and website can inspire others to appreciate and respect our natural world. Read More…
I have a competitive daily rate for commissions and photography assignments and I can be flexible when working with wildlife charitable organisations. While my main experience is in wildlife and conservation, I am also happy to consider a range of photographic assignments (except weddings!).
On Tuesday 5th April 2016 I’ll be at the Old Low Lights Gallery in North Shields talking wildlife photography at an event organised by North Shields Photographic Society.
Ideal for camera clubs or just you and a few mates, book three places on Northumberland Rural and Holy Island Birds of Prey photography workshops and receive a fourth place free of charge.
I am very pleased to announce that in March 2017 I will be leading what I hope is the first of many wildlife photography tours with a new South African based travel company, Penda Photo Tours.
